When you think of sleepwalking, you probably think of someone who is unable to sleep because they are too high up in the attic, or someone who cannot sleep on a bed because of their legs.
But sleepwalking is actually a common and common occurrence, with more than 70,000 people sleeping on their bed in the U.S. in 2016, according to the American Sleep Association.
The good news is that there are ways to reduce your chances of falling off the bed.
Here are some of the tips we’ve found that can help you sleep better: If you’re a parent, ask your child to wake up when he or she feels comfortable, and try to make sure you’re not too far away from them.
This way, you won’t wake your child up too soon.
