I was at a party last week and there was a young couple sitting around the back patio of the house.
The guy was wearing a red and white striped shirt, and the woman was in a blue shirt.
The guy was a pretty good host and had invited me over for dinner.
We sat down at the bar and I took my seat.
The man I had just met was sitting at a big white table and was playing with his iPad.
He was just enjoying the music and watching some movies.
He looked up at me and said, “You know I’ve got a really good friend in the neighborhood, he’s selling his house and he’s about to be sold.”
He said he’s already been told that his neighbor is going to sell his house for $1 million.
I looked over at the guy and said: “Well, I’ve been thinking about this, but I’m really worried about my friend.”
I sat down next to him and we chatted about the neighborhood.
I said: “I don’t know about you, but my friend is kind of like the only real estate guy in town.
I don’t want him to be too nervous.”
He replied: “…
He’s always looking at me like I’m crazy.”
The next day I told my friend I was thinking about moving in with him and he said: “I know I’m not crazy, but you should be too.”
I said, “You’re crazy because you’re not going to be able to afford it, so why not get it for a couple of million dollars?
I said I was not crazy.
I just didn’t want to sell it.”
My friend was stunned.
He didn’t know what to do, so he sat down and I started telling him.
He looked at me in shock.
“Wow, I’m just so surprised,” he said.
As he said that, the other guy was sitting on the other side of the table, watching his TV.
I asked him what was wrong. He said: “I just want to see him sell his fucking house.”
“Okay, fine,” I said.
We were all talking about what to expect when we moved into the neighborhood and I just felt like he was saying something about how he wanted to live in a mansion.
When we were sitting at the table talking, my friend was asking me about the house, and I said that he should be careful what he wants to do with his money.
He then asked me if I had a real estate agent?
I answered no.
I had no real estate business.
The man said, “Well, you should just wait and see.”
Then he asked me what kind of money I was talking about.
I told him that I was just telling him what I thought.
Then he went on to tell me that my friend’s family had just sold the house and they were going to pay me a little more.
I looked at him and said “But you don’t have to be worried.
I’m telling you right now, that house will be worth $2 million.
So go ahead and sell it now.”
He said: I don
